READY TO ASSEMBLE CABINETS are less expensive- yet all wood & of the highest quality.
You are basically paying for
the materials only, much less labor costs.
Unassembled cabinets ship cheaper and safer! Less chance of damages because they
are
packaged better and more securely. Hinges and drawers don't get loose during
shipping.
All assembly parts are inside with assembly instructions in every box.
Check carefully for small parts when opening boxes- don’t use knives to cut open
cartons-
you could damage the finish.
SHIPPING
Always call or email for a personalized
shipping quote- we can usually ship
for less than the quote that the shopping cart puts in automatically! We will ship your cabinets right to your door, usually within 2 days of receiving
your cleared payment!The shipping company will call to arrange delivery, be sure
we have a
contact phone number for you.
You can also have your kitchen cabinets
delivered to a local shipping terminal
for reduced shipping costs and more convenience.
All cabinets leave the warehouse in perfect condition, packed securely on
pallets for shipping.
If you notice any damages to your shipment when it arrives, you MUST notate this
on the Bill of Lading,
which is the shipping document you will sign when
receiving.
Then if upon inspection of cabinets, you find damaged items that need
replaced,
we must file a claim with the shipping company. Please call us
immediately if there is any
question about the condition of your shipment when
it arrives.
The quicker we know about it, the quicker we can get it fixed for
you.
Shipping damage claims can take up to 30 days to process, but in the event
of such an occurrence,
we will do our best to expedite the procedure.
RETURNS
Any defective items will be replaced
immediately. Let us know immediately!
If you damage an item accidentally, let us know that ASAP also, we will
replace for you at a minimal cost.
We have tried to place accurate and
detailed descriptions of everything we sell in our catalogs,
including pictures,
exact measurements and lots of other important information so you will
know
exactly what you are ordering.
We also encourage you to order finish samples, door samples or a sample cabinet
to see
the quality first hand.
We have also encouraged you to ask lots of
questions and try to make it easy
to contact us before making a purchase. We are proud
of our all wood cabinets and want
you to be proud of your kitchen when it is
complete.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, again, let us know right
away to see
how we can help. If you must return an item for any reason, let us know and we
will refund your purchase,
minus a standard 20% restocking fee. You will also be
responsible for return shipping charges.

arrangements and use our shipper so that you will receive the
